November 18th, 2019 – Georgetown, Guyana – On a continued mission to advocate for local content, TOTALTEC announces a Modular Office and Camp offering.
As international businesses base themselves in Guyana and local ones rapidly expand, the need for safe, functional, and reliable office and camp facilities has increased significantly. There is currently not enough infrastructure in Guyana to house the businesses that are being created.
TOTALTEC is now meeting this need with ‘Made in Guyana’ Modular Office and Camp Solutions, with 16 different configurations and sizes. Available configurations include office facilities, washrooms, boardroom facilities, laboratory space, storage units, rec rooms and classroom/training facilities.
The starting point for the units are high quality shipping containers, and are therefore easily adapted to any space, and are stackable. Rugged, high quality starting points are custom engineered and built by Guyana’s craftsmen and women. Customized units can also be requested, and depending on the unit, delivery ranges from 30 to 60 days.
Says Lars Mangal, CEO TOTALTEC, “As we approach first oil and activity levels in Guyana continue to rapidly increase, we are increasing our own efforts to build the capacity of Guyana and its people to meet the demands of the industry. The Modular Office offering provides a win-win, Guyanese output accelerating other Guyanese companies and people in their efforts to be part of this new industry.”
